Telecaller Executive

  • Job Context

    We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our growing team at Vermabrothers in Patel Nagar, Sirsiya (Giridih). As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in building customer relationships, generating leads, and assisting clients with product/service inquiries.

  • Job Responsibility

    Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

    • Professionally handle inbound customer queries.

    • Generate and follow up on leads to achieve daily/weekly targets.

    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system.

    • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

    • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule field appointments as needed.

  • Educational Requirement

    Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate

    • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred

    • Must be residing in or near Patel Nagar, Sirsiya, Giridih

  • Experience Requirement

    Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)

    • Confident, polite, and clear phone etiquette

    • Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools (training can be provided)

    • Ability to handle pressure and meet daily call targets

    • Local area knowledge (Giridih) is an added advantage

  • Additional Requirement

    Location: Patel Nagar, Sirsiya, Giridih, Jharkhand
    Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

    Experience Required: 2 Years (Freshers are welcome)
    Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
